1. Please reconfirm onward/return flights at least 48 hours prior to departure.

2. Any changes to onward/return flights must be communicated to our nearest office or agent at least 24 hours prior to departure. Failure may be result in NO REFUND or CANCELLATION of the ticket for further travel.

3. Domestic Checked baggage allowance is one piece, not to exceed 30lb/13kg.

4. Domestic cabin baggage allowance is one piece, not to exceed 11lb/5kg or 18 inches/46cm length, 13 inches/33cm width and 8 inches/21cm height.

5. Excess baggage will be carried subject to payment of excess charges and on a space available basis only.

6. Please check in NO LATER than 45 minutes prior to the departure time shown on the flight ticket. If you have not presented yourself at the check in counter-by this time your seat may be allocated to waitlist passenger, freight or someone else.

7. Domestic flights ticket are valid for 6 MONTHS from the date of issue.


8. Penalties and fees apply for cancellation, no-show and refunds.

CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT

DOMESTIC TRAVEL WITHIN THE MARSHALL ISLANDS

1. The carrier is not a common carrier and reserves the right to refuse to carry any passenger, baggage or goods whether a ticket has been issued or not without assigning any reason therefore.

2. The ticket is valid only for the passenger named and the date of the flight specified.

3. As used herein:


“Ticket” means “Passenger Ticket and Baggage Check” and “Carrier” includes the air carrier issuing this ticket and all carriers that carry the passengers or this baggage hereunder or perform any other service related to such carriage. For the purpose of the exemption from and limitation of liability set forth or referred to herein. “Carrier” includes agents, servants or representatives acting for on behalf of the carrier.

4. The rules relating to the Warsaw Convention as amended from time to time shall apply to carriage hereunder insofar as such rules relate to non international travel.

5. To the extent not in conflict with the preceding paragraph, carriage hereunder and other services performed by the carrier are subject to: (i)applicable laws, government regulations, orders, and requirements. (ii)provisions hereunder, and (iii)Applicable traffic regulations of the carrier (if any).

6.Except as the Convention or other applicable laws or order may otherwise require.


(a) Carrier accepts no liability for any death, injury, loss or claim or whatsoever nature hereinafter collectively referred to as “Damage”) arising out of or in conjunction with carriage or other services, performed hereunder, unless such damage is proved to have been caused by the willful act, neglect or default of the carrier (s) and there has been no contributory negligence of the passenger.

(b) Carrier is not liable for any damage directly or indirectly arising out of compliance with laws, government regulations, orders or requirements or from any cause beyond the carriers control.

(c) Liability of the Carrier in respect of registered baggage and other personal property is limited to the sum of US$5.50 per kilogram per passenger.


(d) The contract of the carrier comprised or referred to in this ticket shall be constructed according to the law of the Republic of the Marshall Islands and action arising there form shall be brought only in a Republic of the Marshall Islands Court.

7. Insofar as any provision contained or referred to this ticket conflicts with compulsory legislation, provisions, government regulations, orders or requirements, such provision shall remain applicable in the extent that it is not overridden thereby. The invalidity of any such provision shall not affect any other herein.


8. Carrier undertakes to use it’s best efforts to convey the passenger and baggage with reasonable dispatch but no particular time is fixed for the commencement of completion of carriage. Subject there to, carrier may without notice substitute alternate carrier or aircraft and may alter or omit the stopping place shown in timetables and elsewhere are approximate and not guaranteed, and form no part of this contract. Schedules are subject to change without notice carrier assumes no responsibility or making connections.

9. Baggage carried hereunder will be delivered to the bearer hereof.


(a) No action shall be maintained in the case of damage to baggage or other property unless written notice of the claim is presented to an office of the carrier with (7) days from the date of receipt thereof and I the case of delay or loss, unless such written notice is so presented within fourteen (14) days from the date of the baggage or other property is placed at the passenger’s disposal, as the case may be.

(b) Baggage containing items of a high value such as gold, bills, notes, jewelry etc. shall be declared by the passenger and special handling arrangements shall be applied by the carrier at the rate agreed upon by the parties prior to the acceptance for carriage by the carrier.

(c) Any right to damages against the carrier shall be extinguished unless action is brought within two (2) years after the occurrence of the events giving rise to the claim.


10. If the passenger shall cancel their booking within twenty-four (24)hours of the trip for which this ticket is issued, they shall be entitled to a refund, subject to the following:

(a) If the one way ticket value is less than US$200., a refund of 75% of the cost of the ticket and the carrier shall be under no liability to the passenger in respect to the balance of 25%thereof.

(b) If the one way ticket is greater that US$200, a refund less a US$50 cancellation fees applies.

11. If this passenger shall cancel their booking within two (2) hours of the regular reporting time or fail to report booked they shall not be entitled to any refund and the carrier hall be under no liability to the passenger in respect to the cost of the ticket.


12. The passenger shall not take into the aircraft or have in their baggage any explosives, volatile spirits, corrosive substances, alcohol, matches (other than safety matches). Any ignitable article or other thing likely to cause inconvenience to passengers or likely to cause injury to the aircraft, passengers or baggage.

13. While entering or leaving the aircraft the passenger shall no walk in front of the aircraft or in the vicinity of the engines, and shall not smoke in or in the vicinity of the aircraft, or throw anything from the aircraft. The passenger shall remain seated during taxing and when required by the carrier during flight.
